Multiple modalities are often used in a session, based on a clients preferences and needs.

Myofascial Massage

Myofascial massage is a treatment that focuses on the fascia surrounding and separating muscle tissue. It helps release pain, improves blood flow and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage energizes the body and improves overall health using oil to perform percussion kneading vibration tapping and rolling.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage helps realign deep layers of connective and muscle tissue using deep fingers on especially tense areas.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils absorbed by the skin. It can help pain relief while the aromas mental stimulation provides clients with relaxation and a sense of well being.

Reflexology 

Reflexology is applying pressure to points on the hands and feet that are believed to be linked to various organs and systems of the body.

Lymph Drainage

Lymph drainage is a light skin stretching massage that relieves swelling in arms and legs by moving lymph fluid to working lymph vessels.

Geriatric Massage

Geriatric massage is a light gentle massage and passive stretching to ease muscle tension without excessive friction on the skin. It promotes circulation, improves posture and a sense of well being.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is bodywork that caters to the needs of the mother-to-be in response to body changes. It aims to improve function of muscles and joints, improve circulation and combat fatigue.
